Altea and its tourist attractions are present at the Tourism Fair, World Travel Market (WTM) held at the ExCeL Exhibition Center in London from 5 to 7 November 2018. The delegation Altea who has come to this important tourist event is headed by the Councilor for Tourism, Anna Alvado.
Altea The mayor reported that this year, unlike in the past that were integrated into the stand of Turespaña, Turismo Valencia has opted to highlight its own stand. As already announced last May, the stand of the Valencian Community has an area of 285 square meters and aims to provide a unified image as a tourist region with an approach based on the product featured in this showcase WTM, the most important international fair in the world.
“The goal of the Department of Tourism, explains the EDIL follows the line of the last fairs in which we have assisted our offer focus on seasonality, promoting sustainable tourism through the many activities that Altea be made throughout the year, both as walkers and birdwatching sailing thanks to the benefits of the Mediterranean climate. ” Altea tourist offer is completed with the promotion of cultural tourism and family.
The Councilor for Tourism, Anna Alvado, technical and Tourism, Ana Perez, met with various tourism companies and established new contacts to include in Altea in its supply and, thus obtaining a greater impact internationally.
