There is also time this week for the sport, on Wednesday 26th and Friday 28th will be conducted guided Snorkel tours. On Wednesday, they will tour the coast of La Olla beach, while on Friday will be the beach of Mascarat or La Solsida (depending on water conditions). On Thursday 28th, at 9pm, the performance of "SFA Percussió Ensemble" will take place in the Plaza del Aigua, on the occasion of "Música a Boqueta Nit". Ticket sales at the Casa de Cultura and at the box office from 1 hour before each performance.
On Saturday 29th, at 9pm. On the occasion of Alteatre, in the auditorium of Parque de l’Aigua, representation of "Més enllà de la tanca". For the company Pla I Revés Teatre. Tickets: 5 €.
Moreover, we can enjoy all week with the Mostra d'Artesania (Handicrafts fair), located in Church Square from 19:30 to 00:30 h., also of the Balconades d'Altea, an exhibition of paintings by artists of the area which are hung on the balconies of the houses, in the Church Square, and adjacent streets (more information here). In the street Portal Vell, you can enjoy the Fira of the Xicotet Format, where various artists from Altea show their small pieces from 20:00 to 01:00 h. Another of the samples that we can enjoy from Monday to Sunday is the Art Mirant la Mar, located on Passeig Mediterrani, from 18:30 to 00:30 hours from Monday to Thursday and until 01:30 from Friday to Sunday.
The cultural offer in Altea is completed by the Iberian funerary stele of Altea la Vella and the Casal del Fester Museum, where Moors and Christians show us their finest galas in the House of Culture located on Pont de Montcau Street 14 (open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. free admission) and with the Parish Museum of the Iglesia Nuestra Señora del Consuelo, where liturgical objects such as chalices, chasubles and parochial books of great value Historical dates that date to the year 1640 (the sample can be visited Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and the church from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4.30 a.m. 7:30 p.m., Sundays from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.).
