The project consists of the promotion of local products through the illustration, in 3 languages, of the most representative fresh products that are bought in the markets and food stores of Altea. In addition, three typical recipes of Altean gastronomy have been designed: a starter "coca a la llumà", a main course "arròs amb fesols i naps" and a dessert "fabiola".
