Altea City Council in collaboration with the Tourism Board and Tramuntana Aventura, invite citizens and visitors to enjoy a free activity for the celebration of the International Tourist Guide Day 2015 celebration. This activity will consist of a guided tour by Altea, walking around its narrow streets, squares and most charming corners of the town. We will explain to you about the history, evolution and characteristics of Altea wich will be conducted as well as with the active participation of those who will join us. During the visit, we will pass through Salamanca street, the Moli Bellaguarda mill, the Portal Nou, Plaza de la Iglesia square, the old wall balcony and many other corners with much to say and much to enjoy, ending the tour on the shore boardwalk, cradle of traditional fishing and marine cultere of Altea. The meeting point is the Tourist Information Office at the City Hall, at 11:00am. The length of the visit will be of + -2 hours. It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
