DOLÇ PASTRY

It was the year 1987 when Tomás Gonzalez – Albo Serrano opened Pastisseria Dolç, on the avenue of Valencia de Altea. His experience in other bakeries of the place had allowed him to undertake with all the guarantees of success a project that was born from scratch, wrapped in illusion and in the necessary support of those closest to him. It has been the constant effort, the daily work on the workshop and the greatest dedication which has led them to celebrate this year the 30th anniversary in a context of consolidation and good prospects for the future.

As if that were not enough, the one who at the time of the beginning was a three-year-old child, Tomas’s son, Paco Gonzalez – Albo Romá is a young man perfectly developed in the trade that after his visit to the tourist studies center step 9 months in Dalua bakery Daniel Álvarez’s workshop. Runner-up in Best Pastry Chef of Spain 1999 and 2000, gold medal in the Euro-American Championship 2000 and 2001 and recently incorporated to Relais Desserts (world association that brings together some of the best pastry shops in the world.
